Jon’s true passion is in development of people and his task since becoming part of the leadership team at LWF has been to grow a team culture grounded in clinical excellence, integrity and personal accountability. Jon graduated from Brunel University 2008 and he has worked as Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist ever since, he then further specialised into Sports Physiotherapy, gaining a Masters Degree through UCD in 2016.

Jon was formerly the Lead Physiotherapist with Paralympics Ireland and attended both the London 2012 & Rio Paralympic Games where the team won a total of 27 medals. Being stationed within the Sport Ireland Institute during this time enabled him understand how to work within an athlete centred multidisciplinary team and the vital importance of communicating and also working with your Coach to meet Your Performance goals. His experience gives him a clear insight into what is required for Your Injury Management and Total Resolution for all levels of sport right up to the highest professional standards.

Jon views himself as a coach who will really help you find out Why You have Your Problem and then Understand What You Need to do as a team to Get You Fully Better, but he also has post-graduate skills in manual therapy and isn’t afraid to use them to help you Recover and Feel Better first. As a Dad of three and a Business Owner he understands that sometimes dealing with Your Problems often competes with a busy life and he has the understanding to prioritise exactly what needs to be done to Restore your true ability and then Be Better for the Long-term.
