We test you at the Start of each block to assess, show you where to improve and form goals for that block. Your programme will meet your needs everytime. Then we start again with new advanced goals.

At BE BETTER FITNESS your first step is deciding to BE BETTER, from then on our expert team will take you all the way there!

Week 1: TEST / START

  • First testing session:
    • Reliable tests will show where you are right now
    • Lets see where your pathway is heading next
    • Create the challenge & set okrs (goals) with your coach for 4 weeks time
    • Commit to reach your objective
  • Session 2:
    • Your tailor made programme is ready
    • Created by expert physiotherapists
    • Your own coach on hand to help each session
    • Start to be better

Week 2: TRAIN

  • Session 1:
    • Re-focus on your goals, no time to waste
    • Build on week 1, lets up the intensity
  • Session 2:
    • Your feeling good, lets progress

Week 3: MAINTAIN

  • Session 1:
    • Nearly at the end of the block, do you want to make your goals?
  • Session 2:
    • Maintain your effort
    • Your hard work will pay off!

Week 4: BE BETTER

  • Session 1/2:
    • Keep working, your not finished yet
    • Refine & prepare for re-testing
  • Final testing session:
    • Re-test to track your progress
    • Beat your objectives and show it via key results
    • Debrief with your coach
