This is where your RECOVER phase begins after you give birth.
At LWF our professional and expert team puts you front and centre gently supporting you returning to exercises safely and effectively to ensure stopping what you love is not an option.
We start with a 1-1 screen at about 6 weeks post birth in preparation for your group classes. All postnatal exercises are designed to gently but progressively rehabilitate your muscle, foundation movements and build your confidence with your body. Our fun but fierce classes not only offer you guidance of how to rehabilitate your body, our new mom community and pelvic health physiotherapist our on hand to reassure you and answer and questions you may have.
Babies are welcome until very mobile 🙂
