Neck pain is often debilitating at worse and a constant annoyance at the least and so a solution is often a top priority for anyone suffering from it. There are many cause of neck pain and sometimes even headaches or pain in the upper part or back of the shoulder blades can actually arise from the neck as well. Thankfully most neck pain is not due to any structural injury that has happened and instead is non-specific and due to multiple structures becoming overloaded at the same time, but that doesn’t make them any less painful or problematic.
